White Bean Turkey Chili
I definitely make more soups and chili this time of year! Hopefully you enjoy this simple, healthier chili recipe.
Ingredients:
64 oz Pacific Organic Chicken Stock (two containers)
2 pounds ground turkey
24 oz Randall Great Northern White Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 onion, chopped
3-4 Jalepenos, chopped finely.
Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
In a dutch oven, sautee olive oil and cook your ground turkey with 3 chopped cloves (or more!) of garlic, and salt and pepper, until there is no more pink and it is cooked through. Pull out and put in a bowl to the side.
Sautee your chopped onion with more garlic and add your chopped jalepenos. Cook until softened. If you do not like spicy chili, make sure to omit the jalepenos. If you like it spicy, make sure to keep the seeds in :)
Once the onion and jalepenos are softened, pour in your organic chicken stock and bring to a boil. Re-add your cooked ground turkey and the rinsed and drained northern beans.
Simmer on low for about an hour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
