This is the turkey burger recipes of all turkey burger recipes!! I have tried so many of them, trying to find one that had flavor and wasn't dry. Well, my search is over! This turkey burger is unbelievably moist, and is packed with flavors. Thanks, Martha Stewart!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of ground turkey (93% lean..do NOT use 99% lean...it will make the burger dry)

  • 1 cup finely grated Gruyere cheese

  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil

Directions:

Heat grill to high for ten minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey with Gruyere cheese, scallions, breadcrumbs, mustard, and garlic; season generously with salt and pepper. gently form 3/4-1 inch thick patties.

Oil both sides of all turkey burgers. Place the burgers on the hottest part of the grill; sear until browned, 2 minutes per side. After the 4 minutes, move the burgers to a cooler part of the grill; continue griling until cooked through, 5-10 minutes per side. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees for ground poultry.
