Sweet and Spicy Mixed Nuts

These are so addicting, it's ridiculous. Thanks to my BFF Sarah for the recipe! It's a crock pot recipe, and a needy one at that, meaning you'll have to stir it every 40 minutes or so, so the nuts do not burn. I would even recommend doubling the recipe because they go rather fast.
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups of raw mixed nuts. I use 1 cup of almonds, 1 cup of macademia nuts, 1 cup of pecans, and 1 cup of cashews
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Spray your crock pot with nonstick cooking spray
Place nuts, spices, and maple syrup in the crock pot. Stir them well so everything is coated evenly.
Cover the crock and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, or until slightly brown. Stir the nuts every 40 minutes to make sure they're not burning.
